This was a fun ATC to put together. I used a paper towel for the background and just painted it with some different color paints and added some sparkle paint as well. The I added the little envelope and the flowers. I thought it turned out cute. lol.
I love the texture you are getting from the paper towel! This looks like a very fun ATC.
